When signing up for tandem provide the details of your administration contact, this will be the person who adminsters and launches surveys.

When specifying a timezone on tandem all saved date and times will be relative to this, for example if you specify GMT +10 when you create a survey in the future and designate it to launch at 9:30am this will be launched at 9:30am in your timezone of GMT +10.

This is a useful feature when launching surveys into other timezones.
