Text Macros is a 'find and replace' function that makes life easy if you want to change a word throughout the platform. For example, let's say you want to replace the term 'Support Person' with the name 'Riley Mentor' in order to now add a personal touch to the survey. Rather than having to go and replace this for each questions, you can do this with Text Macros.
This is useful for creating questions and instructions and having a way to update them in the future without having to go through hundreds of questions and update them individually. There is a big chance you will miss one!
With some creative forethought you can save yourself hours of work later, for example adding placeholders to your questions or templates to replace later.
